Membership

Membership of the Forum shall be open to any person over 18 or any organisation, living or located in the Republic of South Africa, who is willing to achieve the Forums’ objectives, willing to abide by the rules of the Forum and willing to pay monthly subscription agreed by the Board of Directors:

• • Membership is open to any individual or firm or organization that is authorized by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA).
  • Membership may be held by natural and  a juristic person, including profit companies
  • Membership shall be available to all authorized advisors without regard to gender, race, nationality, disability, sexual preference, religion or belief.
  • Initial and periodic membership fees will be determined by the Board of Directors from time to time at their sole discretion and reviewed annually.
  • Applications for membership shall be made on the prescribed form and Membership of the Forum shall be conferred upon such persons as the Board of Directors, in its absolute discretion, deems appropriate.
  • Membership may only be cancelled by a decision of the majority of the Board of Directors where, in their opinion, such member’s conduct is not in the interests of the Forum or in conflict with the objectives of the Forum.
  • It is hereby expressly recorded that the Board of Directors shall not be under any obligation to assign reasons for their decisions in relation to the admission or cancellation of membership.
